Leadership Foundation for Women, Inc. is a non-profit Organization whose mission is to equip women to succeed. The Organization will fulfill this purpose by providing educational opportunities to women and will exercise this purpose for the public interest.

The Organization is organized exclusively for educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
