Debi Lowtharp

Debi Lowtharp serves as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Delta Dental of Arkansas. She oversees the functions of accounting, finance, underwriting, internal audit, and fraud, waste and abuse. She earned her bachelor’s from Louisiana State University, Shreveport and her MBA from Arkansas State University.  Debi is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner and holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Arkansas Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  Debi has served as past president of the Montgomery, Alabama Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Arkansas Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners.  She is a life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Cabot where she previously served as a board member and treasurer.  Debi’s previous career opportunities were at KPMG, a regional construction firm and a large, national, federally funded non-profit.
