Detrich Wiley directs the work of an innovative team that is driving a digital transformation at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield. A Mathematics graduate of UALR, Detrich believes the winning formula for a successful team is assembling professionals of diverse skills & empowering them to use their superpowers for a common goal. She’s spent her entire career at ABCBS making a name for herself as a problem solver committed to delivery excellence. She is currently part of the 2022 Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXVIII where she’s refining her leadership skills while being challenged by others to make a more significant impact on Little Rock.
