Gwen Haniff retired after an illustrious 24-year career in operational Leadership at Southwest Airlines. Prior to SWA, Gwen spent 20 years at Southern California Kaiser Permanente Hospital. The past 14 years, she served as Southwest Airlines Station Leader at Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Little Rock, AR.
Gwen was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar operating budget, oversight of daily flight activity while leading dozens of Employees. This oversight responsibility included Customer Service, Ramp, Operations, Cargo and Provisioning.
Throughout her career Gwen was selected to serve on many prestigious committees and is the recipient of several awards and recognitions for her outstanding leadership and Customer Service. Gwen continues to serve the community with volunteerism opportunities for several non-profit organizations. She has served as Board Member and Advisory Council for numerous organizations throughout her career. Currently Gwen was honored to become a Board Member for LF4W.
