Nicole Winters

Nicole Winters is Senior Counsel for Windstream Services, LLC a nationwide communications and software company headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas where she is responsible for regulatory compliance including telecommunications and broadband compliance and privacy and cybersecurity compliance. Nicole graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with honors with a Bachelor of Science in political science and a minor in sociology. After relocating to Arkansas, she attended William H. Bowen School of Law in the part-time program graduating with honors. Nicole has been with Windstream since 2005, holding various roles within the legal department.

Nicole is actively involved in the community, volunteering with multiple local non-profit organizations. Currently, she also serves on the boards for the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute’s Envoys as well as holding leadership roles on several young professional boards. Nicole was also a member of AY Magazine’s 2021 Class of Intriguing Women.
