Annette Holbert

Annette Holbert is an IT manager at Southwest Power Pool (SPP). She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science and spent a number of years as a software developer and team leader at Acxiom Corporation before moving to Southwest Power Pool in 2008. As a manager in SPP’s IT department, Ms. Holbert is responsible for multiple mission critical real-time systems and functions. She is a leader and active participant in several company-wide teams and also works closely with SPP’s stakeholders. She is a member of Arkansas Women In Power (AWIP) and has served on the AWIP board in several positions, including president. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, snow skiing, reading, and being outdoors.
