Session Details:

Clear and Courageous Communication – In this session we will discover how to speak up kindly and clearly – HOW to have difficult conversations and HOW to proceed with the uncomfortable. We know we need to, we just don’t know the best way to do so.

Understanding Personalities – Getting to know people beyond the surface takes time and intentionality. Understanding personality differences is one way to do this. During this session, you will learn about four simple personality types that everyone can relate to and easily recall. Understanding even the smallest differences in personalities can help you better understand how to communicate, motivate and coach others.

Communication Fulfilled: Your Power and the Power of Your Words – Language is the bridge between the uncreated and the created worlds. It is both the ultimate reality and the instrument through which reality is brought forth. – Parabola. There’s a world out there; your words describe it, refer to it, and talk about it. What you say and how you speak to yourself and others—can be considered a bridge to the world. Because your language responds to the world, you tend to limit your language to fit and match your words to the world.
